Boyne Community Centre was bustling early in the morning on January 16th to welcome new and returning members of the Halton Conservative Association.  The chill in the air was remedied by the warm coffee and conversation inside as new members were welcomed into the party as we prepared to bring on the new year.

Our MP Lisa Raitt also had a chance to give us some updates on what was happening in Ottawa and how it would affect Halton. 

At that meeting a new executive was elected to bring in 2010 and quite possibly an election year.

The new executive is as follows:

President: Beth Gregg, Vice-President: Darryl Demille, Treasurer: Aaron Burns, and Secretary: Pat Whyte.   You can find out contact information for the executive by visiting “ABOUT US” page.  A full slate of directors were also elected, ensuring the next year will be filled with great events, and an enthusiastic board of directors!
