Where: Boyne Community Centre, Britannia Road West at Regional Road 25 Milton

- Report by the Board of Directors
- Presentation of financial statements
- Election of Directors
- Other business as required
IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO VOTE AT THE MEETING
- You must be a member of the Conservative Party of Canada for at least 21 days before the date of the meeting.
- Bring 2 pieces of official identification with you showing your identity and residence.

INTERESTED IN SERVING ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- The Board manages the Association, organizes events such as the golf tournament and Christmas Party, raises funds, provides advice to the MP, and prepares for the next election.
- We are looking for new directors.
